CAYIN Expands Lineup of Zone-Type Digital Signage Player with SMP-PRO4
CAYIN will release SMP-PRO4, a new fanless, zone-type digital signage player at Integrated Systems Europe 2010. It will be held in the Netherlands from February 2nd-4th. This high-quality, cost-effective product enhances multimedia presentation and is packed with more powerful remote managerial functions, making DOOH media operation an easy job.
SMP-PRO4, equipped with CAYIN’s optimized media player, supports most popular image file formats, audio/video codec, and HD (High Definition) video playback. With a web-based user interface, the player supports powerful remote management via wired/wireless network and offers a superior market price/performance value.
As a zone-type digital signage player, SMP-PRO4 can present up to six zones in a multimedia mix consisting of video, music, image slide show, ticker, clock, and a theme background both in landscape and portrait display. It can further play live video from a TV tuner, DVD player, or USB camera (UVC compatible).
To assist users with instant deployment, SMP-PRO4 embeds a choice of multiple well-designed skins and stylish clocks. Not being limited by provided templates, users can even create proprietary skins and clocks, matching up the brand image or the theme of the event in five minutes with CAYIN’s Skin Editor, a simple drag-and-drop tool.
As with all CAYIN SMP digital signage players, SMP-PRO4 enables the user to edit playlist and playback schedule directly on each player respectively. For large-scale projects, CAYIN CMS server will come in handy for administrators to update content and schedule playlists of all players centrally into groups. This promises efficient management and ensures conveying information to the right customers at the right time automatically.
To reduce onsite maintenance, CAYIN SMP player is equipped with the remote control function to adjust volume and turn on/off screens manually or on a pre-set schedule. Users can even recover system remotely when necessary.
SMP-PRO4, the compact, fanless digital signage player, represents CAYIN’s continuous endeavors to provide compelling price/performance products to fulfill customers’ needs.
